Available materials include carbon steel (A105, C45), alloy steel (42CrMo, 20CrMo, F22, P91, P92), and stainless steel (304, 316L, 321, F316, F304). Typical sizes range from 100 mm to 1500 mm in outer diameter, 20 mm to 200 mm wall thickness, and up to 1500 mm in length, with heat treatments such as normalizing, quenching & tempering, and annealing. Products can be delivered as rough or finish machined, and meet standards like ASTM, ASME, EN, DIN, and GB. All forgings undergo ultrasonic testing, dimensional checks, and mechanical property tests, with optional third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV).
